Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product" the customer may resign from goods bought in our store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. This is only possible if the product has not been used, copied or damaged in any way and is in its original packaging.
How to make a return?
Our store guarantees a refund equal to the price of the goods at the time of purchase together with the relevant delivery costs. Money will be sent back within 3 business days to the account from which the transfer came. If upon receiving the goods you will notice any damages, please contact us urgently. Simllarly, please contact us before sending the goods back. In the event of a manufacturing defect of the product, please contact us immediately. Costs related to sending back the goods damaged during shipment or sent incorrectly, the store returns immediately after receiving the parcel, consideringafter checking and accepting the complaint. The returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice and information about the product's defect. Complaints are considered within 3 business days of receipt at the latest. Damaged goods are exchanged for full-value goods or we return the equivalent in money in case the goods are unavailable.
NOTE: we do not accept parcels shipped using paid upon delivery model.
